Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - superb
along with Duffy these are my 2 albums of the year. Every track is superb, very classy production and I love the use of horns on a lot of the tracks. Only 2 or 3 sound like Texas, otherwise you get Tamla, Nancy Sinatra and a French sound.I wish there were more songs as the 11 fly by when listening and its under 40 mins long. Do another next year Sharleen!

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - dull
Just too mainstream, there are far more interesting things going on in the undergrowth - for a comparison I recommend Nick Worrall. His album is FREE to download as well.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - chill out with Sharleen
This is a great chill out album, a slight taste of Texas but in general this is Sharleen's baby. Great vocals that gently hook you in and relax you. She tries a number of styles and influences so this is, at times, hard to define as an album, so the best thing to do is just sit back and enjoy!
Recommended.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - My first Sharleen-related purchase
[G W Hope's son reviewing.] I had never been a huge fan of Texas, but I always really enjoyed the classics such as "I Don't Want A Lover," "In Demand" and "Say What You Want" when I was younger. I always thought Sharleen had a fantastic voice so I bought this album upon the strength of the first single "All The Times I Cried."

I'm extremely glad I bought it; in my opinion I found it even slightly better than that of Duffy or Amy Winehouse, to who Spiteri is similarly compared to throughout ... Read More
