This album calms & promotes sleep for our little girl, who is very, very resistant to sleeping! We play it every night at bedtime & then constantly through the evening to keep her asleep, so the repeat button gets a lot of use! Rating: - My baby loves this and so do I!
Since I've started playing this music to my 5 month old girl at bedtime, she's been so much easier to settle. As soon as I put it on she quietens down and listens to it, usually getting herself off to sleep without any help from me. I find it quite soothing myself and have fallen asleep listening to it. Most of the songs are fairly easy to sing along to if that's what your baby likes. I don't find the spoken bits annoying, but I don't know why they're included. I would definitely recommend this ... All I can say is WOW! Not only did the music create a lovely bed time routine with some of the songs that I already knew and could sing to, but it totally chilled out my daughter and sent her off to sleep, and I felt relaxed too! This is a must have.
