Editorial Review:

Amazon.co.uk Review:
This souvenir from the popular teen television drama contains several high-profile pop smashes tied to the show (Sixpence None the Richer's "Kiss Me", Paula Cole's "I Don't Want to Wait", and Shawn Mullins's "Shimmer"), along with a number of other tracks similar in tone and style. That is to say, if those songs' (or the show's) slightly wounded romanticism appeals to you, you're likely to find something else here you'll dig. --Rickey Wright

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - An anthem for university days...
I absolutely adore this album. The songs perfectly reflect the emotional angst and deep yearning love which are the central themes to Dawson's Creek. When you listen to the songs you can just imagine scenes from the show playing in your head, or imagine the songs as the soundtrack to your own love scene. If only someone would write a song like "Stay you" for me.

When I bought this it eventually did the rounds at university and I would pass everyone's window with the familar sounds blaring ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Not too be missed. Better than the first album
As soon as I heard this album for the first time I thought wow im not dissapointed sometimes when a second album somes out tracks seem to get stuck on to fill up but this is true to form of dawsons creek. The tracks are all brilliant by skilled artists and keeps the pace of dawsons creek. Well worth buying.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - AMAZING!
If you like Dawson's Creek you'll LOVE this album. The first time I listened to it I only liked Paula Cole's "I don't Wanna Wait" the theme tune, but each time I liked another song and now I love them all! I can't really say much more to convince you....it's AMAZING! If you haven't got a copy run and get one now....and then the sequel.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Emotive, captures the essence of the brilliant series
I found this album extremely easy to listen to, with the right mix of ballads and upbeat numbers. It captures the mood of the show, enabling the listener to relate to the characters and situations. A must for the serious Dawson's Creek fan and worth a listen by those who may not be, just for the excellent music alone.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - rarely does a music selection sound so good
A complete success as a compilation. I bought this feeling confident that having watched the programme a few times I would probably like a representative selection. I bought it 'blind' so to speak only knowing a couple of songs Cole's I dont... and the ubiquitous kiss me, however it is the remaining selection that impresses. With the exception of SOAP, everything is excellent. Only problem?...pre-Jack cover! recommended listening if you like this...Natalie Merchant's Ophleia, or indeed the failsafe, ... Read More
