Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Second buy
Lost my first copy of this cd, well worth buying it again, timeless music this is. If someone wants a relaxing hour put your headphones on and enjoy.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - unbelieveably brilliant
This guy is brilliant in every thing he does with music, it's hard to understand sometimes that there isn't a full orchestra backing on the tracks... but of course there isn't, it's beautifully created electronic music with some wonderful melodies that haunt you for hours after listening to it. If it's relaxing music you want, there's nothing better than this

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - It's not a best of....... it's just the best.
I feel a bit stupid, as I bought this CD a while ago under the impression that it is one of them countless Best of's. So It was in a pile for a long time waiting to be played. What a shock I got when I banged it on.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Vangelis is the master and Voices is a tremendous album.
I remember when I purchased this album almost 12 years ago. I listened to it once and ever since, have hardly taken it out of my hi-fi. I find it an absolute joy to listen to and it's so relaxing.

It starts off with the title track 'Voices' and that flows seamlessly into 'Echoes' which is one of my favourites. Another favourite is 'Ask The Mountains' featuring the voice of Stina Nordenstam. I would have to say that my last favourite is 'Messages' as it mimics moments from the title ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - In my top 5 cd list!
I bought this when it was released, and lost track of it for a few years - it became just another cd in the collection. However, I gave it a go recently and couldn't believe how good it still sounded ten years after the first listen!
There's one melodic track after another, some very clever harmonies and manipulated vocals, and it's a perfect cd to end a stressful day. It's creative, imaginative, multi-layered, and the production is as good as the composing! I can't recommend it highly enough, ... Read More
